Return And Exchange Policy

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING RETURNS/EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 

 

Returns
Grassed.Roots has a 30-day refund policy. We can not offer a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase.  

 

Eligibility

All items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition as it was received including the original packaging.

Excluded Items

These items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:  Perishable (flower, food), Intimate goods, Flammable Liquids or Gases, Gift Cards, Downloaded Items, Health/Personal Care Items

Receipt/proof of purchase required for all returns and items must be mailed directly to Grassed Roots.  Do not send the items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Returns are granted for the following items (as applicable):

Items not in good condition, missing parts not due to our error, or damaged

 

Books with obvious use

 

Applicable Refunds
We will send you an email notifying you of the receipt, approval, or rejection of your item(s) once your return is received and inspected.  


Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days.  

 

Late or missing refunds 
If your approved refund hasn't appeared, check with your bank and/or your credit card company as processing time may be delayed depending on your financial institution.  If your approved refund hasn't arrived after 14 business days, please email 
hi@grassedroots.com.

 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges 
Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
hi@grassedroots.com.

 

Gifts

Gift items marked gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer will receive a credit for the value of your return.  

Items not marked as gifts when purchased will be refunded to the purchases and the purchaser will know that their gift was returned.  

Shipping
To return your product, please email

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment times vary by location and may take up to 5 days to receive.  We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
